What we collect, what we don't, and how to reach us about it.

Who we are

P4 Web Studio is a division of P4 One LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("we," "our," "us"). This policy covers everything you do on p4webstudio.com — browsing the marketing pages, requesting a quote, buying an audit, and subscribing to ongoing care.

What we collect

Quote requests & contact forms

• Name — so we know how to address you.
• Email address — so we can reply with a proposal or follow-up.
• Phone number (optional) — only if you want us to call.
• Business info — company name, industry, current site if any.
• Project scope — what you want built, your timeline, your rough budget range.

This information is used to write you back, draft a scope, and price the work. It is not added to any marketing list and is not shared with anyone outside of P4 One LLC.

Site Rescue Audit (paid)

• The URL of the site you want audited.
• Email address — so we can deliver the audit report.
• Payment information — handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Care plan subscriptions ($49/mo and up)

• Email address — required so we can send monthly maintenance reports and contact you about your site.
• Site URL(s) covered by the plan.
• Login or admin access if your plan requires it — stored in a password manager, never in plain text.
• Payment information — handled by Stripe under recurring billing.

Analytics (everyone)

• Standard Google Analytics 4 data — pageviews, country, browser, referrer. No personal identifiers are collected by us.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data.
• We don't run profiling, retargeting, or behavioral advertising.
• We don't email you marketing material unless you asked to hear from us.
• We don't share quote-form details with anyone outside of P4 One LLC.

Third parties we use

• Netlify (Netlify, Inc.) — hosts this site and the sites we build. Standard server logs apply.
• Stripe (Stripe, Inc.) — processes one-time payments (site rescue audits, templates) and recurring care-plan billing. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
• Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) — pageview analytics. You can block GA via your browser settings.

Cookies

Google Analytics 4 sets standard analytics cookies. You can block these via your browser settings without breaking the quote form, audit checkout, or care-plan dashboard. We don't set marketing or advertising cookies.

How we store and protect it

Quote-form submissions are delivered to our team inbox and kept only as long as needed to follow up and deliver the project. Care-plan credentials are stored in a password manager with two-factor authentication. Payment data is held by Stripe — not by us. Hosting and email infrastructure run on providers that meet standard industry security expectations.

Your rights

You can ask us to export or delete any data tied to your account, your quote request, or your care plan at any time. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe (typically a few business days). Just reach out through the contact channels on p4webstudio.com.

Accessibility

P4 Web Studio builds with accessibility awareness baked in. Any accessibility-related deliverable from us is informational only and is not a legal compliance certification. For a formal WCAG conformance opinion or an ADA Title II readiness assessment, P4 One Digital handles that work through its dedicated accessibility practice.

Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) setting. Because there is no common industry standard for how DNT signals should be interpreted, we do not currently respond to them. Regardless of any DNT setting, we do not track you across third-party websites for advertising.

Children

P4 Web Studio is not directed to children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect data from them.
