Authority Care — $149/month. Everything above plus: page-speed monthly check + fix, GBP post (1/month), 2 hours/month of content updates or small additions (new service page, blog post, photo gallery), priority email response, monthly site-health digest.
Authority Plus &mdashj; $349/month. Everything above plus: weekly accessibility scan (informational only — see ADA monitoring), monthly SEO/GSC report, 5 hours/month of work, quarterly strategy call.
What's NOT included: full redesigns, major new feature builds, e-commerce rebuilds, migrations from other platforms. Those are project work — we quote separately. The care plan is for keeping the site healthy and current, not for new construction.
We don't require care plans. If you want to run your own site post-launch, we hand it off cleanly and you're set. The care plan exists because most owners want their site handled, not because they're trapped into it.

Do you do emergencies (site down, hacked)?

Will backups actually restore?
Yes — off-site weekly backups, tested quarterly. We don't do "trust me, the backup's there" without testing it.
